Awesome!
Yep! Come home – it’s even better in brum than Brighton
I’m now 63 and have used the centre in some way since, at 16 me, and a crew from Hall Green Technical College were involved with doing some land survey work in the park and in setting out for the outside amphitheatre.
Since then my first 3 kids were educated and entertained in the centre during activities over the weekends and I even had a photographic exhibition there!
So for me there is mixed emotion. I liked the architecture of the old place but from the small snatch I have seen I like the modernisation.
I dont live in Birmingham anymore but when I do go there I seem to gravitate towards Cannon Hill Park and the MAC.

I’m really looking forward to seeing the new mac. It looks great from the video. I love taking the children to Cannon Hill Park and seeing what new creative work is on show.
I agree – I’m also excited.
